You may select to pick up your merchandise at our Southport Ave location (you can even call us at 773.244.1300 and we’ll run your package out to you if you are in a hurry) or we will send your order via UPS Standard Ground shipping, FREE of charge for all orders.
We will ship your order the same business day if the order is placed before 5 pm Central and we will ship out the following business day if your order is placed after 5 pm Central. UPS Standard Ground usually takes 3-4 days and you may estimate the arrival date using our map below. If you need to receive your order faster than when UPS Standard Ground can deliver, you may select a faster shipping method at checkout. You will be able to choose from various UPS quick shipping options and you will be responsible for the direct cost of the faster shipping service. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. A packing slip will be enclosed in your order.
Applicable sales tax of 10.25% is charged only to deliveries shipped within Illinois.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your purchases. However, in the event that your order is not quite right (and meet Return Policy Guidelines detailed below) you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt.
Return Policy Guidelines
PERCHANCE will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt on merchandise purchased online that has not been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached* except for the following which are FINAL SALE:
• Jewelry
• Handbags
• SALE items
*Please note, all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must be returned in the original condition and original box—PERCHANCE Boutique DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR. Damages to or omission of the original box from your return will be sent back to the customer and cannot be processed, as the shoe box is considered part of the product.
You may return either in-store or send the merchandise back to us. Here’s how:
1. Contact us by phone 773.244.1300 or email info@perchanceboutique.com and request a return/exchange. We will need your name, email address, contact information and receipt # as well as your reason for the return/exchange. We will also need to know if you’d like to exchange (and for what item), to return for store credit (which can be used in store or online) or to receive a full refund to your credit card.
2. We will email you a UPS shipping label to ship the merchandise back to us. You will need to print this label and affix the label to your return.
3. Please use the original shipping box, fill out the original packing slip enclosed in your shipment and securely affix the return UPS shipping label with packing tape. Drop the return in any UPS box or request a pick-up from UPS.
4. Upon receipt of the returned goods (assuming the return meets the Return Policy Guidelines) we will contact you within 2 business days to process the refund. If requesting a credit card refund, the refund will be applied on the same card used to make the original purchase, less the shipping cost to send us back the returned goods (usually about $10).
PLEASE NOTE: Upon delivery of your online returned purchase, PERCHANCE Boutique reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. If you decide to refuse any shipments from PERCHANCE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to PERCHANCE.
